1. General
1.1. This document is a public offer by the operator of polyapiclient.ru (the "Provider") to any capable person (the "Customer") to enter into an agreement on the terms below.
1.2. Full rights and obligations are in the License Agreement: https://polyapiclient.ru/en/terms (version 2026-08-21). Paying for a plan means accepting this offer and the License Agreement.
1.3. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy: https://polyapiclient.ru/en/privacy (version 2026-08-31).
1.4. The Free plan does not require a site account or IDE sign-up. Email is collected at website checkout or when activating an already purchased key. A technical client_id is created only when the User opts into server features.

2. Subject
2.1. The Provider grants a non-exclusive license to use the PolyApiIDE browser extension and related services within the selected plan.
2.2. Month plan — 30 days of access, guide price 490 RUB.
2.3. Year plan — 12 months, guide price 4704 RUB (20% off vs 12× Month).
2.4. Lifetime plan — one-time payment for ongoing access: fixes (patches and minor bugfixes) of the current line are free; major updates are optional and paid, guide price 14900 RUB. A new version is available in the archive as soon as you receive it — no waiting for browser store publication.
2.5. The current price is fixed on the checkout page and in the payment record.

3. Acceptance and payment
3.1. Acceptance is full payment for the selected plan via the payment provider (YooMoney / YooKassa) on polyapiclient.ru.
3.2. The Customer provides an email, accepts the License Agreement and consents to personal data processing.
3.3. An activation key and instructions are sent to the email after payment is confirmed. Lifetime also includes a one-time archive download link.

4. Validity and revocation
4.1. This offer is valid until withdrawn by publishing a new version on the website.
4.2. The Provider may revoke a key for License Agreement violations.

5.3. After the extension is installed, the browser may collect its own additional data about the Customer under the browser vendor’s privacy policy. The Provider does not control that processing and is not responsible for it; those relations are not governed by this Offer, the License Agreement or the Provider’s Privacy Policy.
